Data protection has been always a high priority for the Aspen Institute Central Europe hence we are ready to fully comply with the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) rules. It is possible to access our website without providing any personal data, we only process the number of visits and visitors. Whilst for receiving updates about our events, projects, reports or commentaries as well as newsletters or the quarterly magazine Aspen Review Central Europe, personal data processing is necessary.
Therefore, the Aspen Institute Central Europe collects personal data only in the extent strictly necessary: first name and surname, address, e-mail address, and/or telephone number. At our events, we take photographs and videos for our archive and promotions – brochures, websites, social media, etc. We inform our guests during the registration process and place a board at the entrance to the event notifying guests that the event will be recorded and/or photographed.
If you wish your data to be changed or removed from our database or you would like to receive information about how we process your data, please contact us at email@example.com. If you request deletion, you will also stop receiving our newsletter, the quarterly magazine or any other updates from the Aspen Institute Central Europe, depending on your subscription.
