Jakub Landovský has been serving as the Deputy Minister of Defence for Defence Policy and Strategy since 2015. He is responsible for the development of defence and security principles and defence strategy to be applied by the Czech Republic. His previous roles included the Adviser to the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Czech Chamber of Deputies or a consultant at the Czech Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the UNDP. He is an attorney and holds a post-graduate degree from Political Science at Faculty of Social Sciences, Charles University, Prague.
